Community Resources & Crisis Support

The counselors at Heritage High School are trained in crisis counseling and available to all students for additional support if needed. However, some concerns require additional outside support that can be found within the community.

We also highly suggest talking with your healthcare provider or child's pediatrician to discuss mental health services available through your health insurance. You can also view local therapists in the area and search by type of coverage through the website Psychology Today.

The LUHSD district has also recently partnered with Care Solace(linked) to provide a simple, fast and safe tool to help connect you or your family members with mental health or substance abuse services. For more information, please click here.
