HERITAGE WRESTLING

Heritage High School is a member of the Bay Valley Athletic League (BVAL) and a part of the CIF-North Coast Section. 

The season is traditionally played during the winter months.  Tryouts and official practice begin on November 4, 2024.  Contact the head coach for open mat dates and times prior to the season.
