Heritage High School is a member of the Bay Valley Athletic League (BVAL) and a part of the CIF-North Coast Section. 

The season is played during the fall months.  Official tryouts and practice begin on August 11, 2025.  Contact the head coach for open gym dates and times prior to the start of the season.
