Heritage High School Athletics is a member of the Bay Valley Athletic League (BVAL) and a member of the CIF-North Coast Section. 

The water polo season is played during the fall months. Official practice begins on August 7, 2023.  Contact the head coach for open pool dates and times prior to the start of the season.
