Heritage High School is a member of the Bay Valley Athletic League (BVAL) and a part of the CIF, North Coast Section.
 
The cross country season is conducted during the fall months.  Official practice begins on August 11, 2025.  Contact the head coach for conditioning dates and times prior to the start of the season.
