Information for Competitive Events and the Conference
Deadline (even if you are not competing) IS JANUARY 13TH NO EXCEPTIONS (only the first 12 attenders to complete these steps will be accepted)

4.REGISTRATION FOR COMPETITIVE EVENTS AND THE CONFERENCES
- Our registration dates are different than HOSA because we have paperwork that needs to be submitted and processed before I can officially register you.
a. National Registration - To attend ANY conference you MUST be a part of National HOSA. If you don't want to attend a conference, then you don't have to register with National.
b. State Leadership Conference Registration - Deadline (even if you are not competing) IS JANUARY 13TH NO EXCEPTIONS
c. Parent Permission form - This must also be completed by your parent and submitted.
