Our Establishment

Healtheory Regional started as "Project Honor", an organization that honored healthcare heroes throughout California during the Coronavirus pandemic by collecting over 9000 messages and gifting care packages. Now, we are focused on continuing our fight for a healthier community by inspiring youth to take action for community health efforts. 

 

Our Events

HEALTH FAIR: Once a year during lunch, we invite other health clubs to create fun, small activity booths

oriented around promoting physical and mental wellness. Any student can participate and get a prize at the end!

 

FIRST-AID KITS: We host an event where our members create basic first-aid kits for teachers on campus!

 

PERIOD PRODUCTS PACKING: There is also a packing event for feminine hygiene products, the

kits are distributed to the SLCs!

 

BLANKET MAKING: Members get the supplies and instructions needed to create warm blankets, which

are donated to homeless shelters!

 

LETTER WRITING: We write short, positive letters to hospital patients to spread kindness!

 

 

When and Where are Our Meetings?

WHERE: Mrs. Pennington’s room C106!

WHEN: During lunch, at the beginning of the months that we host events

(This beginning meeting provides instructions for the upcoming event and

explores the health aspect behind it; the actual event will be conducted

later that month, also during lunchtime).
