Contra Costa County Library Resources

All students attending Heritage High School have access to Contra Costa County Library System Resources.  Students must have a library card or ecard to access materials.  See below for help getting a library card and accessing these resources. 

During COVID-19 closures, CCC Libraries, including Brentwood Library, are offering Front Door Service for print books, DVDs, etc.  Students can reuest and check out up to 15 items with an ecard.  See below for information on getting an ecard.

Getting a Library Card

Ecards - students can apply for an ecard by completing an online form.  An eCard allows patrons immediate access to the Library's online databases, California Missions, Cliffs Notes, and TumbleBook Library and allows patrons to place holds on or request items.  During Covid-19 closures, an ecard allows students to utilize the library's Front Door Service and check out up to 15 items.  The day after you apply for an eCard, you may request LINK+ items.  Apply for an ecard here.  

CCC Library Ebooks

CCC Library offers ebook and eaudiobook check out.  Click here for access to ebooks & eaudiobooks as well as additional information on how to check out and download these resources.  A video tutorial is available.

Additional Digital Resources

CCC Library also has other digital resources, including databases, sample tests for Driver's Education and standardized tests like the PSAT, online tutoring and more.  Click the link above for more information on digital resources.
